A few months ago three dirtbikers were riding in San Bernadino, the one in the front fell 700ft. down a mineshaft. Of course he died, the others stopped just in time. So if u come up to a peak or are riding in a new area, take it slow and with lots o caution. The one the suzuki fell into is just east of Gordons Well sand dunes, hopefully we never hear of those out in the Sups area...

"Brewer said ICSO's volunteer rescue squad, the De Anza Search and Rescue Team, was called..."
wut wut de anza! ya that's what my dad and sis are in
i haven't heard of any mineshafts near super, there are some huge erosion canyons tho at the west end
i hear there is an abandoned mining town way south of the 8 from ocotillo, so if you want to fall into a mine just go out there
