definitely! we came a number of times within 1/4"-1/2" distance of hitting the body panels of my truck on some huge rocks. But teamwork saved my truck - 3 spotters is always a good thing! Now I even started thinking that things like differential skid plates can be useful too - my rear diff kissed a rock a bit.

......at first i was clueless, but kinda suspecting the fuel pump..........Now i was able to start it while pumping the gas, it starts really rough and doesnt idle, the fuel pump makes a funny noise so i think thats what it is. I sure hope its that simple. Going to get one tomm and try it out.

cant you disconnect the line somewhere and see if there's pressure? i know you change your filter regularly, but did you check that too?
masta-t
09-08-2005, 12:14 PM
im thinking about installing a fuel pressure regulator.......i've heard that they are good thing to install, but i am not 100% sure why its important. So if anyone has any input on that let me know.
If i plug a code reader into the truck it should let me know if it is the fuel pump. Just unplugging the line somewhere wouldnt really tell me if there is the right amount of pressure, since the truck does kinda run really rough there must be fuel getting to the engine but i dont think its the correct amount.

yeah i think im just gonna fully weld it and run it until its a race truck (whenever the crap that is) and switch to a front rack by then.....then one of you foolios can have it (if you want to run 5 hella 4000's haha).
Also, all 8 of those lights w/the HID conversion use less current than your 3 halogen lights joser. Ain't that cool. But they cost like 800 times more.......

just got back from cambodia(stayed at cousin's place in phnom penh) a few days ago; awesome place, you guys should all visit. defintely an eye opener, lots of place with no running water or electricity.u can live and eat like a king there for very little american money. $2 will provide more than enough food for a whole day, not to mention, it's a lot better than mickeyDs value menu.
everyone there rides motorcycle! their scooters are way better than the american ones, they have actual foot pegs and shifters. there's also no enforcable traffic laws!! no helmets required, you can even ride on top of the truck at 60mph. see a one way street.. you can drive it in the other direction! even with the lack of enforcement, i hardly saw any accidents. i think the world would be a better place if everyone rode a motorcycle instead of a car. solves a lot of problems. there was hardy any traffic jams in the city. everyone moves slower(under 30 in the city) but no stop and go traffic. haha, the cambos really push the limits on what a motorcycle can do; can u imagine five people on one bike? or carrying 20+ chickens?

with photoshop you can batch edit photos by recording a script, I would imagine it would be similar in other programs.
You just have to record your actions once and then you can choose automate from that point on.

I remember ACDSEE was my favourite tool when I used to use windows. In Linux it's a little easier:
go to the pix folder and type
mogrify -resize 1536x1536 -quality 65 *.jpg
or
mogrify -resize 50% -quality 50 *.jpg
pretty easy, ey :D
My opinion on what's a reasonable size, as for archiving pix, more than 2Megapixel is a waste of space. I usually go for a file size of 500k or less.

that guy is an osprey a.k.a. sea hawk a.k.a. CV-22
he is local to the scripps pier, i've seen him chowin down on some fish up on the antennas etc
the fish is a yellow tail JACK, not to be confused with yellow fin TUNA, which i learned last week at wed. saskas sushi is a misconception many of us share (including myslef until that point). this one was 2.5-3feet long, this is the view with 3 or 4X zoom from 30' up

for those who don't know, the Summer of Wealth comes but once in a lifetime, when an individual finally graduates and can get a real job for some real money and buy some real(ly) expensive toys, like a kx500 and suzi250, a yz450f, yz250f, ducati monster, all kinds of guns, and if ur really good you'll have multiple Summers of Wealth and could end up with big diesel trucks, trailers, and functioning prerunners ;)

ah geez, ya know I told u how i had a bunch of trouble with making that damn album. I downloaded the XP pic loader utility, which made it much easier, but there are less options when creating the album. Hmm actually I think I created the album first, so I probably just screwed up when making the album cause I know there's an option to allow the original size and the smaller viewing size. But I had to learn the hard way that you can't add items to someone else's album...
BK, I created that album, then transferred pics using the XP utility. Can I not then add items using the browser feature after?
Also, there's a nice diamond pass vid I'm working on putting in there.
