Mira Mesa Poser Fest...I Mean Sportbike Night

Anyone have any interest in attending poser fest tomorrow night in mira mesa around 7ish? Its at the starbucks near the movie theater. Usually theres a good turn out and crazy things often happen. It would be pretty fun if we all met up somewhere and road out there together. Pretty sure these things are still goin on but I cant find any definite info online...even if we show up by ourselves, at least we can get in a good hooligan ride.

Also, for got to specify...its on thursday nights...tonight. We could meet at my place near the 15 and the 8 and take the 15 out there or meet somewhere near the 163 and ride out.

Near mira mesa or somewhere before that? There's a ton of stuff near me off of mission gorge and there's tons of stuff near mira mesa. Just not too familiar with mira mesa but I'm sure there's gotta be an in n out or something like that in the area...its near the movie theater so there's tons of crap there.

Sounds good...just come out, well be around in that general area screwing around for a decent amount of time I suspect. Its kinda an unorganized even that just seems to always happen. Nothing too awesome happens here but its kinda fun for us to ride out and pose.

so the official plan is to either meet at my place around 7ish or at the in n out in mira mesa near the mall around 7:20ish. after that point we'll ride out to the poser fest and pose like weve never posed before.

man, crazy, what happened now?

we were going pretty slow on the freeway (around 75) until we got to the 163-8 junction with a sweeping right turn where we proceeded to accelerate to maybe 85? just to make the turn more fun. well, upon exit from the turn we see a spotlight on a car in the left most lane on 8 - turns out that was a cop right next to us, luckily the moment we saw that we slowed down to 70, but he still switched lanes and followed behind us for a while before exiting the freeway

btw, we saw someone doing a wheelie on the fwy too :o

and for the record (pun intended) the :police: tailgated the snot out of the ex250 who was leading, not all of us... when I saw that and was sure that lead bike was bout to get another ticket i was a :sadpanda:

doesn't sound that bad in my helmet, but watching the video it does. just got home and found that my shifter/footpeg bracket is about to fall off - one bolt loose the other half way out. I wonder why...

I can also see that my rear tire doesn't go that high up, which is probably the limiting factor in rolling longer. every time I see a video of myself riding I find something wrong, haha

Back at Cal Poly Pomona we had some huge tabletop speed bumps I used to jump in the FJ...it was fun. I haven't seen any table tops in SD but my guess it that they'd be located somewhere near downtown if there were any.
