spring compressor

does anybody know a good shop that could replace my front springs for cheap?
or perhaps a place to rent a spring compressor for cheap?
anybody has experience working with a spring compressor?

autozone should rent them. They are kinda sketch but waaaayy better than have the suspension explode, unless that is, you want to crap yourself and potentially be injured. But dont pay anyone to do it. How did the winch turn out?

the winch isn't done yet, since I am waiting to weld in that crossmember with skidplate mounts... perhaps i shouldn't wait and just install the winch and weld that piece in later... although, it isn't a very good thing to drive around without my skids - no off-roading in fears of hitting my radiator and other things with large rocks.
I also have an add-a-leaf kit for my rear and 2 springs coming this wednesday for my front. Maybe I'll just work on installing everything at once. Does anybody, especially with spring compressor experience, want to help me? Tomas, are you planning to work on your truck this weekend or during a week? If so, maybe i could join you?
